Kickstart Your Coaching Cycles

“Yes! It is amazing how much growth I’ve had since I started!”

Working in cycles with teachers has lead to teachers sharing success with other teachers sharing success with other teachers and then those teachers wanting to work with me or start a cycle!

“I absolutely loved the three day challenge training!”

The topic as very relevant to our needs right now as coaching doesn’t look like it typically does right now. I definitely agree with your idea of coaching versus feedback. Being curious is how I stay grounded. Feedback thrives when there is a relationship!

“Another win to celebrate!”

I just had an organic conversation with my new teacher that gave me my into weekly coaching cycles! We have already have a date set!

“This was amazing professional development!”

Listening and learning take out the discomfort I have when I hear the word coaching. I love the exit tickets!
